Ideal all rounder
Great all rounders for vitamins, minerals and digestion. Few people moan about the night time ones being unpleasant.....they're not too bad and you do get used to them quickly! Morning one has no taste.

One of the better mult vitamins you can buy in the UK
Definitely one of the better multi vitamins you can buy, splitting the doses out means ingredients that don’t play nice together are separated. The inclusion of bio active vitamins is nice to see (but expected at this price) and the use of high quality patented enzymes and minerals is a nice touch. My only real complain is the use of choline bitartrate rather than CDP choline or ideally alpha GPC, much higher quality and bio available versions of choline

Decent quality, poor taste.
Apart from the bad taste which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars...these are good quality vitamins. Not sire what the capsules are made of for this bad taste/smell.

Great for people with no sense of taste!
Great in terms of function, getting the right vitamins and minerals at the right time. But whoever tested these and approved for sale needs a new job, the black capsules have a terrible taste! Granted you aren't swallowing these expecting a pleasant taste, but there's no need to make them taste as bad as they do...

If you wanted a multivitamin that smells and tastes like corpse, you’re in luck!
Decent ingredient list and was attracted to the night composition of things like magnesium that seem to work great for helping me sleep. Neither the morning or evening tablets smell or taste appealing. But the night capsule is straight GHASTLY. It honestly makes you gag the second the foil is broken, and once you muscle it down you will taste it for the next two hours through various burps and hauntings. The dosage is also 2 of each, so not as decent value for money as it seems at face value. I prefer the multivitamin that used to come in the tin.

Essential
These are a go-to in our household, tick all the boxes from a vitamin perspective. If I miss a weekend or something I do notice it, they're a great all-rounder and help you perform at your peak physically and mentally.
