Excellent service and a perfect replacement for my food processor, now back to making Smoothies for breakfast.

Great fit as a like for like replacement

Cannot recommend this product. I bought it as a replacement for my Kenwood multi pro jug which cracked after I dropped it. It fit fine and worked okay for about 8 months of intermittent use (about twice weekly) and then one of the mechanical components in the base came loose and it would no longer drive the blades. I cannot see how I can fix it so will need to replace it.. again..)

The jug is a great replacement for our cracked glass jug and I would have given it 5 stars but the lid... not so great. We have ended up using the lid that came with our broken jug. The lid that came with this one is hard plastic with no rubber seal, so it can be difficult to remove gently (maybe just me though). Particularly difficult if you are trying to remove it and there is boiling hot liquid inside.

I bought this model hoping that it would fit the base of my processor. But it did not so I returned it. Not only did SussexSpares refund me immediately but they sent an email offering help to find the correct model. I sent photos (as the model number was not clear) and within hours I had a reply indicating the model needed. I ordered and have now received the correct model.

I took a chance and it paid off

Ordered replacement liquidiser despite making every effort to ensure the correct model it does not fit therefore useless and a waste of money unless it can be returned. Unfortunately I disposed of packing. Obviously very disappointed.Rated on experience of previous model.
