Defective pull out mechanism. No way to contact the seller.
The media could not be loaded. Pull out not working properly. It doesn't fit back to the spout magnetically as shown in the product video.The pull out doesn't go and fit to the spout. The magnetic mechanism is not workingDidn't expect this from company like Kohler.The worst part is that yehre is no way to reach the seller directly. I think these kind of products should be bought directly from the company or dealers. From Amazon , it's difficult to contact the seller and get things rectified.And complaining here doesn't work.

It is sturdy with a polished finish, not sleek unlike the malleco or other models. But does its job well.

Great Quality
Great quality with beautiful finish. Looks amazing with my dark stainless-steel sink and coordinates well with hardware throughout my kitchen. Very pleased with water pressure, hose feature, and handle comfort. The sprayer at the push of a button has great strength that makes cleaning off the dishes, pots and pans a breeze! The faucet head pulls down so easy....it could auto retract a little smoother on its own...
