They provided EXCELLENT communication and customer service and provided me with a no-hassle refund and return.I did LOVE the pillow set, but had an unfortunate incident occur with my particular set which has been resolved. I would absolutely shop with this seller again with confidence that they care about their customer and will remedy a situation and make it right if indicated.Below is my original post:**************************************************************************************************************************I loved the pillows, but noticed right away that they had a funky smell. I used it for about an hour and got a horrible headache (I don't normally get headaches), breathlessness, and a runny nose. The pillows sat on the side of my bed that night, and I woke up at 4 AM and had to move them. I contacted the sellers who said that the smell is caused by the packaging, but they didn't acknowledge that the pillows smelled like mildew.They told me to put the pillows in the a ventilated area for a few days and the smell would dissipate. It's been 4 days and there is some, but no significant improvement.Hence, we are going to have to return these.I hope the seller will work with us because we don't want to handle these items even to smoosh them down to ship them back. This is such a bummer because they are comfortable and were great otherwise.If it hadn't been for the odor, I am confident this would have worked for me and helped with my back and neck pain! :(

I love this set. Not only is it a great price for a 6 piece set but it works amazing. The fabric is soooo soft. The cushions are sturdy and there are many different options for you to pick depending on how you are sitting and how much of an incline you are wanting. I got this set due to pain in my neck from a degenerative disc disease and it has help with my neck pain but also I feel more refreshed in the mornings. I am still not a morning person, but have noticed this helps me feel less sluggish when I get up and moving for the day. Because of the angle it has also helped with my snoring from sleep apnea. I would definitely recommend this set!

This is a really good product especially after having surgery. It is very comfortable and sturdy. It is bulky though so storing it seems to be a challenge. I wish they offered more Velcro spots to hold the pieces together differently but overall it works well

* They say "odor disappears within 12-24 hours... it does NOT. Still reeks of chemicals like a gasoline pump after 3 days.* Removable cases have zippers in horribly awkward places, so that when you put everything together and lie on it, you get zippers in your back or your butt, or your calves, or your neck.... Horribly uncomfortable.* Velcro straps that hold the pieces together are in awkward places, and limit how you can assemble the parts -- also velcro straps are very scratchy and uncomfortable if your skin touches them.* Fabric casing on the SIX pieces is super slippery -- I'm sure they intend that to give a soft/plush feel, but what it does is make the pieces slide around on one another, so that they will not stay in whatever formation you assembled them in -- as soon as you but body weight on the assembled mish-mosh of pillows, they slide away from each other and you have a big mis-shapen wad of foam things under your back.* There is ZERO consideration given to providing good lumbar support -- I think these cushions were invented by under-handed orthopedic surgeons as a way of increasing their surgical case load from people suffering slipped discs after using this product for a while!* Curves in pieces exacerbate the issue with getting stuff to hold together. Why have curves? You can't really adjust the position except in specific arrangements where the velcro straps and tags align (and those don't work anyway, as I've mentioned).* Six pieces is just absurd. Too much to fuss with, too much to launder, and doesn't really give you anything close to the flexibility suggested by the product write-up.In short -- terrible product. Do not buy this.

This pillow set helped me to be able to stay comfortable and also get out of bed easier without assistance. I had abdominal surgery and the cradling position that this set held me in kept me comfortable while I healed. This was almost a year ago and I still use the pillow for watching tv in bed and to elevate my legs while sleeping on my back. I paid over $100 and it is worth every penny. It did have a strange odor at first but I washed all the covers and that helped. After a lot of use the pillows still have their shape and firmness.

This is a great idea, but the material is too slick and the pillows do not stay in position, they slide. Either need more Velcro on leg pillows, the one piece does not hold it, is too small and there is no Velcro on the back area except on pillow for the neck pillow. The small triangle that the back pillow goes on doesn't have any Velcro so it moves up or down depending on how the bottom pillow is set. I am currently sewing extra strength Velcro on the whole system. I tried double sided tape on the leg pillows and it helped,but the Velcro will help even more. Zippers would help hold the pillows together from head to middle to legs, so the system stays together.I bought this because it started under $100 went on sale and had a coupon. I should have gone with the more expensive one with better covers. With what I paid I can do enough sewing to make it work.The back pillow works with a rug grip between them to keep it from sliding and I put one between the bed material and the leg rest. Just a lot of brain power to get it to work and not slide. With the improvements I have done so far it is working better.Be prepared to do some improvements for the price difference and it will be worth it, but if you want to unbox and use, go with one with more Velcro and bigger pieces of Velcro and a different material.
