Supplied by aartos in the UK - The small batch of Faber-Castell Polychromos coloured pencils were packed with care, sent by Royal Mail. These are a harder core pencil that sharpen to a fine point for detail work.Excellent quality, suitable for professional artwork, popular with pet portrait artists and colourists. They are rather expensive for colouring book use, but they do play nicely on them.Individual colours can be bought as open-stock.The colour range is very decent and the range of greys is particularly wide.Comfortable in the hand if you like a round barrel.The only downside for me is the smart gold lettering is difficult to read.

The ease of lay down on the paper, this did its job but I feel it isn’t as good if you wanted to do a black dog for instance as it requires too much pressure and you wouldn’t get the required amount of layers down without it damaging the tooth of the paper. It’s okay for certain aspects

I've been using this brand for a long time, and I'm really glad I can finally get my hands on single pencils. The pencils are pricey, so if you are like me and like keeping your pencils sharp when using, you might go through them quicker than expected.The colour is really good for doing base sketches to go over again with graphite, but also make for lovely drawings alone. I mostly just use these to draw up sketches, as the material is soft and I need to sharpen it often to get the level of detail I want. I'm pleased to say that I haven't had any material snap off while sharpening, too. You can't really go wrong with this brand. The only real downside is the price, but I think if you are an artist its probably the type of thing you've come to expect.

Excellent for model work, so easy to use.

Pencil was loose, no bubble wrap or protective packaging, hope lead is not broken. These pencils are expensive, you would expect Amazon to protect them when they are posting them.
