Extremely bad product. I am a dentist and bought this to educated my patients how to use water floss in my clinic. In just two month the button has become loose and is not letting it operate smoothly. I recommend this product to so many patients and now i feel sorry. The customer care response is worst possible. Then i my self found the service center list but the contact no of kakorala Dwarka is either not correct or not working. I don't have so much time to waste on just getting the product checked

Good quality materials and aesthetically pleasing form factor is it's strong points. The buttons in the front could have been shaped much more uniformly instead of a rounded triangle. Very good power of the water jet. The compartment has only a rubber seal that holds the bottom lid from leaking. The internals are combined for the electronic components and water chamber although the sealed plastic molding (same as the body which continues to separate them from water) that seperates them from contact with water. Nozzles have good variation and adequate quality. The biggest concern is battery. If it had been sealed shut inside, it's a complete waste of money. Because they last no more 2 years or less. Overall, it's about the same as always, these are motor and batteries with a plastic body shell with a nozzle. The battery degradation is the point. And then you buy a new one after worrying a while.

Product worked well for nearly 45-50 days. But it's not working eventhough I charged the device. I don't know what to do. Just sent mail to support team but no acknowledgement.

I've been using it for 3 months - Cleans the oral cavity well - convenient attachments - compact design!
