Further to my review below, the team reached out to me and solved the issue by replacing the battery. It was very nice of them to promptly action upon my feedback. I am yet to receive and try out the battery, hence reserving 1 start for it. ___________________________________ I brought this to replace the battery for Eufy RoboVac 15C Max. It was delivered on time but it didn't even last 15 days. The Eufy RoboVac runs for 10 mins max before getting fully discharged. I ensured that the battery is fully charged for hours before the RoboVac is operated but still it gets discharged in 10 mins. Unfortunately I have to now search elsewhere for another battery.

Excellent- my Eufy hadnt worked for several months as it kept bleeping when I would switch it on even after recharging. I ordered the replacement battery and it kicked into action immediately after a charge up. It’s being used daily and I’m very impressed- wish I’d ordered it sooner. Easy to install and good value for money.

I had a refund it didn't fit

Received the battery and tool but no brushes. Disappointing.

The side brushes aren't included. Don't buy that option. The side brushes won't be included.
