I’ve had this headset for over a year now, and it’s still working perfectly! It is truly great value for the money. The sound is clear, and the noise-cancelling microphone has been very reliable for all my calls. This headset is actually better than my very expensive previous Jabra headset. I love it. No issues. I do have to push one of the ears off of my ear as my own voice sounds muffled unless I do that. The ear cups are comfortable and they block out all office noise so I don't hear anything else while using this headset. My one complaint would be I have to push the ear cup away from one ear in order to not have my own voice sound muffled to myself.

I ordered this because I work remotely and usually watch movies/listen to music on them while I work. The headset itself is pretty nice and sleek looking. I was satisfied with the feel of it. Its comfortable and doesn't hurt your ears like some headsets. However, the functionality is a bit subpar. It cancels out noise as advertised but, I'm only able to listen to music or watch movies etc from my phone. I can't turn the volume up past 2, which was fine. Recently this past week, callers are complaining that I sound low/or reporting static on the line. I've only had it for about 2 months or so and I use it strictly for work. I wouldn't recommend this product. Definitely wouldn't purchase it again. Especially not for "long term use".
