Glutinous flour is gluten free
It's gluten free, and is used to make DELICIOUS chocolate mochi.I'm sure it makes more stuff as well, but who cares - it is the main ingredient in chocolate mochi.(Ok, it is my favourite)

This is the first time in 3 years of tryingI have been able to make G/F bread it's a case of getting the right flours to do the job .The secret is don't substitute flours because it doesn't work .
