Monster Card but... unstable....
To warn people planning to buy this version of the card. It may be down to bad silicone lottery but the out of the box settings with unit I had made the card very unstable. It was pushing 3000mhz with 60c at edge & 80-90c at junction temps. Playing with triple A games made the card prone to unpredictable random driver timeouts. In my personal experience I had to reduce & cap the clock speed to around 2650mzh(& this is on a 1200watt psu). It did fix the issue in most games but not all. I usually just leave the out of box settings whenever I upgrade to a new gpu both amd or nvidia but this was different. It may also be a problem on AMD's side specifically with the current drivers at the time of this review. Imagine downclocking a card because it was just too powerful...Anyone who's buying this card will wanna push it to its highest settings anyway just be cautious of its caveats....
