Absolutely happy with purchase, luckily I’m a mechanic and was able to mount to rack. My rack was not compatible with brackets that came with this product but fabrication is part of my job and made it happen. It would have been possible with purchase of another product for rack. But didn’t have time to order and wait. Back to awning, it’s great well made materials are good quality. Very happy will get lots of use. Easy to set up. Easy to put away. Cost wise if it had been any higher in price I would not of gave it a second look, of coarse we all want things cheaper but it’s affordable and the material and ease of use makes it a good buy. So far it’s been very durable. We’ve been out it high winds and days of rain. Held up very well no signs of wear. I’d definitely recommend.

This is well made and has worked very well on an overlanding trip and a camping trip we did fairly recently. It is on the small side but if weight is a concern, this is a good compromise. Setup and take down is quick and easy and it is nice that they included as many tent cords as they did to secure it, if needed. The only thing I added was some small load rated carabiners to make installation and removal of the tent lines faster and easier. We did have some wind on the first trip and the awning barely even moved. So, it is a well made awning.

The product arrived on time as promised. Packaging in heavy duty cardboard with straps on the outside and addition padding inside. Installation was self explanatory but did have to run to Home Depot for four slightly smaller bolts to fit my particular rack. Subtracting time for rearranging gear on my rack this was a 30 minute install. Deploying and storing is very easy and takes a couple minutes. Construction and quality seems very good though I would not leave this upon gusty winds and will definitely tie it down on breezy days. The built in leg supports are a nice feature. I did not get the extra long one as I wanted it to match the length of my truck bed and topper. The shade value is good but the overall shade area is not that big. Not a ding on the canopy or OVS just something to keep in mind as you are shopping. Be interesting to see how much I use it and how well it holds up. But overall I'm very satisfied

This thing is awesome. I even use it for shade when I'm not camping. I love that it will support itself without putting the legs down as long as its not really windy. Sets up quick and packs up just as quickly. Well worth the price.

Super easy to mount, Folds out nice, and feels like a sturdy materials all the way around. Only docking one star because the fold out legs extend with a twist lock. In my experience that mechanism fails after usage and is super susceptible to damage from over tightening. A cam lock lever or just a simple clamp would have been preferred just to match the robustness of the rest of the awning. Other than that its solid, looks great, mounts well, and packs back into the case pretty well too. Definitely recommend

Honestly for the price I got it for ($340) you can’t beat it. Fits fine on my Sherpa rack. I ordered some of the same little mounting things that fit in the rails and picked up some bolts and after that it fit great! Driven a few thousand miles with it now, and it’s held up great, even in rain (when stored), no water really gets in. Attaching the tie downs seems to be a bit of a pain though, along with folding it back up.
