I've had a hangover for about 15 years. I've tried many things... medications, activities, food, drinks... but nothing worked. The next try was this liver cleanser, and... finally I found it :) After a few days of use, the hangover was gone... I'm not an alcoholic :) But now sometimes I can drink with friends without thinking about the pain the next day. UPDATE It works for me for after beer drinking hangover, but after Vine or hard drinks my hangover still exists, it's lighter, but I have it again. Maybe I need to take a second one bottle. I will try and write an update again.

I take 2 tablets before bed...but will start taking 2 in the morning... Remember to drink plenty of water to plush your system.... ....just ordered 2 more bottles...

I used to be quite the drinking enthusiast, and I'll admit, it's been a bit of a struggle to give it up completely. But, I know it's for the best, especially since I've seen the damage it's done to my liver. That's why I was curious when I heard about these little capsules that could potentially help my liver function properly, so that I could finally enjoy the benefits of edibles. I've tried edibles in the past, but I've never been able to feel their effects. This is because the liver is one of the first responders to the chemical process that happens in your body, and my liver wasn't doing a great job at getting me to feel anything. But, I decided to give these capsules a try, and I'm so glad I did. I've been taking them for a little while now, and I have to say, I'm really starting to notice a difference. My liver function seems to be improving, and I tried an edible recently and actually felt the effects! The best part is, I can just take two of these little capsules in the morning and be done with it. No fuss, no muss. And, there haven't been any bad side effects, which is always a plus.

I tried this product and hoped for liver cleansing, but after taking it, I had lots of pain and was miserable. It does say to take it with food. I may try it again, but right now, I'm afraid. This caused me severe abdominal distress.

I purchased from this brand before they started selling on Amazon and overall they are a good trusted brand. What really caught my attention on these is that I am one of the few that has a MTHFR C677T AA mutation. This means my methylation is only at 30% of "normal" people. For me, this equates to having mastocytosis and reacting like the canary in the coal mine to toxins. Having taken the all out, everywhere I could easily do so and eating organic and clean from meat, to veggies, to nuts, I STILL had issues in my detox pathways. I take methylfolate, or course, but THIS includes ALA, phosphatidylcholine, and glutathione, all of which are on that pathway that helps detoxify things. This will give you just a few extra things beyond B vitamins to get that pathway working a little better. No stomach discomfort or ill side effects. No complaints or regrets.
