These Velcro strips are very easy to use. I have a desk that is not enclosed underneath so you can see all my cords to printers and laptops and extra monitors and it just look like junk. But I use these Velcro straps and tidied up the cords and strap them to the legs so that they could not be seen. Now my office looks very nice. I would highly recommend.

I got introduced to these at work and had to get some for myself at home. They hold really strong but are fast and easy to separate. And with the loop on the one end, you can attach them to part of the bundle so it stays put while you have it open to add/remove wires or whatever. Our work ones are 6 inches, so i made a point to get a little longer, it helps with larger bundles. Although you can just overlap one with another to increase the width you can cover if needed. These also use smaller hooks than the 'first gen' ones used to, so they're not abrasive on your fingers while handing them.

These Velcro straps are just long enough to use on most wiring jobs. I had to hang lights on my gazebo and this worked out great. Better than plastic straps.

My personal opinion is every new cord manufactured to sell should have at least one if not two of these velcro cable ties on it, included in purchase price. But until that idea catches on massively, this is a solid second place option. Every last one of these cable ties has hook and loop material, enabling them to be stacked as one giant block of 100 cable ties when not in use. When a cord needs to be tamed, peel one off the block and install it. A 1m or 3 foot cable can easily be wrangled by this with length to spare, but cords longer than ten feet require ingenuity and over 50 feet will probably require two or more.The velcro hooks are so small and fine that it feels like a thin plastic layer to the touch, while the loop side is a thin felt coating. These cable ties are cheap to mass produce and darn near impossible to get wrong due to their simplicity and automated manufacturing.This particular listing runs on the cheaper end of the velcro cable tie price spectrum, so off of affordability alone, these ties are a decent choice, though there are cheaper equivalent options as low 6 dollars, as well as similarly to equally priced options that offer more ties.

Good velcro but the straps do not allow cinching. The "belt buckle" is mostly for looks. You cannot feed the strap though it, cinch tight, and fold it back onto itself. Won't stick if folded back onto itself! Look at the pics! Not what I wanted but it will work most of the time.
