This belt holds firm, and doesn't have a buckle to dig into you. I've worn it every day for a couple months, still works as well as the day I got it. I'll buy another.

If your belly goes over your belt buckle, and it hurts your belly, you need to get one of these. I suggest anybody that has the Dunlap disease that is when your belly hangs over your belt buckle only makes sense no belt buckle no hurting
