Bought this to use during pregnancy and it was worth it. Very easy to inflate and keeps full. I am using it now for exercising and still works very well

This is exactly as advertised. Large and sturdy enough for all sizes of people. Great for both yoga, or other forms of exercise. I personally am using it to help my ballance, by trying to stand up on it. It has a good friction surface and is very safe. Comes with a handy little pump and spare plugs for the valve. Good item and reasonably priced.

I think this ball is an absolute must if you are pregnant. In fact, it is so good. I bought another one! I spent the last part of my pregnancy sitting and bouncing on it as it was the only way I really felt comfortable. The funny thing is now I’ve had the baby, one of the most effective ways to calm them is to hold them and gently bounce on the ball. I guess this proves the theory that they recognise what you did while they were in the womb… What I would say is that you need a very good pump to inflate it. We used one of our quite heavy duty bicycle pumps to do so. If you have an electric pump, it is probably even better. I made my husband pump it up so I I did not have to push for ages on the bike pedal pump, but it did take a bit of time even with a very good pedal bike pump! It has lasted us quite a few months with no sign of deflation or any type of puncture. I think for the price, especially that is absolutely excellent. There is an interesting feature on it, which is some diagrams showing you the different types of stretches/exercise exercises you can do with the ball. I haven’t got around to those yet, but maybe one day…

Loved my ball throughout pregnancy, was an absolute life saver for my back and my hips. Easy to inflate, I gained three stone in my pregnancy and the ball didn't fail me durable and does what it's meant to.

Feels like a quality material. Being a heavier set person (fat) I feel like it can take my weight comfortably. I followed the instructions allowing the material time to stretch before adding more air and so far the results have been brilliant. There are plenty of exercise videos out there for all ranges of fitness. I’ve certainly never laughed so much whilst trying to follow others using these for fitness.

I would recommend this product, been using it during my pregnancy no issues whatsoever!!
