This product is brilliant for my comic book I am drawing and on normal paper my pencil fades so it turns into blunt colours but with this paper it locks in the colours leaving my drawings perfect. High quality paper and the guidelines helps lots to draw boxes and outlines in the right scale and size. Will definitely buy again. :)

The paper quality is amazing , and the margins are a great size, i can't flaw deleter , if you want to draw manga, i would recommend this product to draw on, i will defiantly buy it again <3 !

Great quality paper for drawing comics that saves you a ton of time drawing straight lines and panels. It is a bit expensive but it does make my life easier.

I draw comics professionally, and this is by far my favorite paper I've ever tried. First off, it's thick enough to handle erasing pretty well. I usually don't even erase my lines since I use colored leads, but this paper can handle a good bit of eraser action, no problem. It's thick, but not board-thick. It's heavier than copy paper, but lighter than a lot of bristol pads on the market in the US. If you are used to bristol boards- this is totally, completely different. I'd recommend you give it a shot, though, because it's really nice paper. Secondly, it's cheap. It's a bit marked-up when you purchase it domestically (but then again, what isn't?), but even so, $10-11 for 40 pages of high-quality comic paper is insanely cheap. Granted, it's not the same animal, but even bristol board isn't anywhere near that price. If you can somehow score it directly from Japan, it's only like 500JPY for a pack. It's truly smooth- it's slick and doesn't chew up tech pen nibs, marker nibs, or dip pen nibs at all. My pens glide effortlessly over this paper- a sharp contrast to a lot of the bristol I've tried that is just too toothy for me to work with. Plus, ink doesn't really bleed out on this paper. When I drop some sweet brush strokes- the ink doesn't really spread out at all. It stays in place. And it dries... Really, really fast. This paper is awesome for alcohol-based maker work. Some of the thicker papers I've tried seem to just suck the ink right out of my poor makers- but this stuff is thin enough that it doesn't do that. What this paper does NOT do well, however, is work with watercolors. Like many other papers, alcohol ink will bleed through this somewhat, so make sure you're using a piece of scrap paper underneath. The size is great- JIS B4 size is approximately 9.8 x 13.9. It's smaller than a lot of professional-grade comic book paper out there, but, I don't find this to be a huge issue, especially because I use screentones, and that can get expensive if you're covering a large area. All in all, this is amazing paper. If you want to try out some quality manga paper, this is the stuff.
