Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb excellent condition. it has a small scratch on the screen but isn’t visible unless you really look for it and when screen is on, you can’t see it at all. the phone is at 83% battery health, but on a full charge the phone battery lasts me almost 2 days. Excellent condition is said to have a minimum battery health of 80% and no visible scratches when viewed from 12 inches so the phone is exactly as described. Overall positive experience so Im happy with this purchase as there is nothing wrong with the phone and all parts are genuine

Amazing. I bought a 1TB refurbished model in 'excellent' condition but the price was £250 lower than competitors so i was super skeptical... and it's perfect. just a bargain. The purple colour is lovely, condition was excellent and as described. i can see from the menus that all the parts are original which is ace. Battery life is immense. price was amazing. WINNING!

This was my first time purchasing a used phone from Amazon as I usually buy them from a well known auction site.The last time I purchased I had problems with phone getting blocked or refusing to activate so decided to try Amazon who have a fantastic no worries guarantee.The reason I picked this phone is that it’s cheaper than the latest generation of 15 Plus phones but sports a promotion 120hz display which makes a big difference in day to day use. And still works out cheaper to boot.The phone arrived in the suppliers generic packaging which was disappointing but as described. Delivery was prompt with next day following the bank holiday weekend. Phone was well protected and in flawless condition and delivered by courier exactly in the agreed timeframe.It was practically new refurbished like the type you receive from Apple if you’ve ever received a replacement through warranty or AppleCare. No scratched or scuffs at all. Battery health was at 99%.Phone itself worked perfectly and activated with no issues. I’d definitely use this seller again as the description is reliable.Only downside was the manky white charging cable provided with the phone. It’s functional but very dirty and old. Luckily most of us have MagSafe alternative chargers.

As a 17 year old I’m not one to write reviews however, I waited to write this review as I had ordered this phone on the 20th of February 2025 and it came on the 22nd in perfect condition, I was so excited to start using my new phone and now it’s almost June and this phone is still going strong! There hasn’t been any problems, the battery is perfect, the sound quality is perfect there is nothing negative I can say about this product! I really recommend this iPhone!

This mobile phone arrived from ‘suremobiles’ well packed and in as-new condition. It also had the benefit of 96% maximum battery capacity. This ‘renewed’ mobile had been listed as ‘excellent’ and it really is. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by 4 days due, I understand, to an error by the courier. Chris of ‘suremobiles’ kept me fully informed during the delivery delay - which was helpful and reassuring.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would do it!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!! Victoria and Simon definitely don't know how to do their job! My phone came with poor quality, scratches all over the screen and poor battery life!! I asked for a replacement and they proceeded to give me a refund when I didn't ask for it!! THEY specifically gave me the option to choose how I wanted my new replacement, and when I told them how I wanted it, they proceeded to refund me instead of offering me solutions first and explain me and ask me first. When i complained about it they didn't really care at all and provided me a terrible customer service. Also I don't even know if they actually processed the refund or not!!!I would NEVER recommend them, they're a terrible company!!!
