... this chair for a couple of months and do like it but there are a couple of issues
I have now used this chair for a couple of months and do like it but there are a couple of issues:1) As one or two others have said putting this together is not straightforward. Connecting the back of the chair to the seat requires 2 people and quite a lot of strength to force the two sections into a position in which you can insert the bolts and fix them together. This took us 15-20 minutes of trial and error until we finally managed to align the two and force the bolts into place. Also the instructions on how to do this part of the assembly simply are not accurate or clear. The remainder of the assembly is straightforward & well documented.2) After 2 months of use, while the seat back & lumbar support remain excellent and really comfortable, the seat has slowly got harder and less comfortable as the seat padding has moved to the sides and back of the seat by my weight. So still OK but it is not as comfortable as the chair was for the first 2-3 weeks. So, if I was to mark out of 10 I would give a 7. But as I have to mark out of 5 I will be generous and round up to a 4.

You get what you pay for.
It's okay for the price, but definitely not easy to put together. Took 3 of us to get the holes aligned enough to put the bolts in which hold the back to the seat. Having read some of the reviews saying how easy the chair is to put together I'm wondering if I have a different version! The instructions had a picture which showed the lever set-up back to front which also caused initial confusion. It's also not very upright (even after having found the tilt function!), so I'm not sure how comfortable it will be for a long period of time at a desk.I guess you get what you pay for.Pros:Good lumber supportAllen keys providedHeight adjustmentSturdy feelCons:Not upright enoughDifficult to put togetherInstructions not accurate (but I've seen worse)

The chair is exactly what I wanted in terms of style and size - however it is very 'upright' and needed a back support to make it comfortable. It also tips forward if you lean to far forward in the chair. For the price I think it is a good buy overall but looks more comfortable than it is.

Feels like a much more expensive chair!
Delivered promptly (it actually came a day late but they did let me know there was a delay, and it was Xmas week so I let them off) and well packaged. The chair took me about ten minutes to assemble (Allen keys are included) and I'm sat on it as I write this - it is far more comfortable than the old knacker it has replaced! Arm rests are nicely padded which is a good touch on a cheap(ish) chair as I spend most of my work day in it.The chrome finish looks good and the faux-leather is adequate - padding feels good so far.

Good quality but small, uncomfortable and awkwardly angled.
Although it seems to be a reasonable quality, the chair is quite small and it feels as though it is angled forward slightly. The arms are too short to be of much benefit and together with the size and angle it means the chair is bordering on being very uncomfortable.I did buy this for my daughter's desk in her bedroom as it looked the same and was a similar price to a chair bought from a bricks and mortar retailer a couple of years ago.Instead I will use this as a spare in my office and order a different chair.

4 stars because it is very comfortable. Loses a star because it doesn't lean back ...
4 stars because it is very comfortable. Loses a star because it doesn't lean back quite as far or as easily as I'd like it to, and the instructions are quite frankly dumb. The first step doesn't correspond to the way the way the parts of the chair actually are. So you start putting it together the way you think it should go, and then when you get to the second step you realise the way you've done it's not correct either, and have to take it apart again. Do yourself a favour and look carefully at at the pieces around the seat and back and try fitting them together without screwing them in properly. Hopefully you'll figure out the right way to put it together without having to stop and undo halfway through like I did. Not sure if I've even got it set up correctly now - there's two possible ways it could go. On the plus side, at least you've got grounds to sue the manufacturers if it falls to pieces because you didn't put it together properly. Because the instructions certainly don't tell you how to do that! But it is pretty damn comfy.

Would I buy it again? Absolutely not.
Very well packaged, a good looking chair, and with one exception (see below) easy to assemble. However ... the seat is hard and rather uncomfortable, the maximum height of the middle of the seat is only 50cm (meaning I sit lower at my desk than I am accustomed to), and the plastic "chrome" caps intended to cover the screw holes on the two arms are just too large to fit - and forcing them just cause the caps to break.Would I buy it again? Absolutely not. Was it worth the price? Not really, but at this price it's not even worth going through the palaver of returning it.

Very comfortable and easy to assemble...
Comfortable, easy to assemble and perfect for sitting in for hours on end which my job entails. I wanted a chair with lumbar support to help my back pain and since I've started using this one the pain is much less hard-hitting.
