I contacted HONGCA customer services via Amazon for advice over an issue with the Robot battery power. I had a prompt reply with advice. I then contacted HONGCA again with further details. I was then promptly notified that in 3 days time I would receive a replacement kit. Within 2 days the replacement arrived. I recommend you purchase this HONGCA ROBOT TOY as it’s so much fun, does so many things and even I love playing with it as well as my grandson!!! I am totally impressed with the excellent customer service given. WISH I COULD GIVE a 10 star rating.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my son's favourite toy. This robot toy moves and dances very freely and my son along with it dances and runs after it to catch it. It is very to operate even with the kids with one touch with the help of a smart induction control key. It is a rechargeable battery toy which works for 2 continuous hours with 1 hour of charging. It has a flexible head and arms which take different angles when it is activated. It is provided with LED lights which will be colourful and attractive for the kids. It also plays music, which is an additional feature, and the music can be turned on or off according to our needs. It is the best robot toy which helps to develop kids' brain development, colour recognition and motor skills.
