This is one hell of a case. The outer shell is hard like a tortoise shell AFTER it's properly installed, which makes you forget how shock absorbant it really is. As long as you follow the directions which, if you're an impatient or less thorough person you'd likely miss or ignore, you might have a few issues. For example, the clear screen protector may diminish how receptive your finger print reader is, but it tells you to recalibrate it WITH the protector on to accommodate the barrier. Compared to the Otterbox, it comes short in not having a little rubber flap to keep water and moisture out of the charging port, but it's superior in that it does come with a built in screen protector. Give your phone a good cleaning before installing and all should go well. In addition, the folding kickstand in the back is a nice touch.

I like this case but I gave it a 4 because the stand is too hard to open with a finger. Need a knife or something stiff.

As advertised, I wish the little kick stand didn't close so easy after opening but not a deal breaker.

It was a perfect fit. I am really hard on phones and this case gives OtterBox protection without the OtterBox price.

Because of the screen protector, you have to re-do your fingerprints in the system which is a bit annoying but not a huge problem. The kickstand is hard to use and even with looking at the video instructions for how to disengage it and return it to the flat position, one of the pins broke. Though still usable, that is a potentially fatal flaw. Overall, it is a tough case that is functional enough for the price paid, but poses some issues that makes it harder than average to use.

The finger print spot collects dust and greatly impacts how i use finger print to unlock...only issue.. but over all great case
