The cold water is nice and cold and hot water hot enough for soup or tea. I have a suspicion that people who have a problem with the cold or hot water have not read directions. It says not to plug in before drawing water through hot side, and like anything with a compressor, it should just sit for at least 4 hours (I always let them sit over night) before turning on. This is because the liquid and gasses need to settle before they begin circulating or there may be bubbles in system, leading to poor circulation and poor performance. The hot water side can be damaged if operated without water. That being said, the unit is great. I removed the “splash guard” and use it with a zero water filter. Once again, read instructions. No need to manufacture a gasket with leftover foam and tape to make it work…. Just read. Hopefully it lasts because it are is nice having icy cold or steaming hot water on demand.

I absolutely love my water dispenser! Love that it has both warm and cold water. Yes, there’s no room temperature available but I’m happy with it. It doesn’t make a loud noise, easy to use and it’s rather fast as dispensing the water. The buttons make it easy to use and it looks great.

I'm very happy with this water dispenser all around. It produces cold water, it is quiet at night, durable and built well. It looks nice in the kitchen. The buttons are easy to press, but the hot/room temp buttons requires you to slide before you press so that littles can't get burned. I haven't used the hot water portion of it so I keep the hot off and use the room temp option often. I buy the jugs of water at Publix and return them for store credit for them to refilled.

Works as expected. Good quality, seems durable. Keeps water cool and hot water steaming hot. Hums a bit louder than expected, but not an issue.

We have been using this water dispenser for a year now, and are entirely pleased with this product. The manufacturer's packaging was excellent, and it was received with no defect of any kind. (Was delivered by FedEx, although that may not be your experience.) Good design and solidly built for an all-plastic appliance. Separate on/off switches for hot and cold are easily accessible on back at top left. We selected a top-loading (gravity) design to allow for placement in garage in location not readily accessible to AC power for pump. Lifting 5-pound water jugs is not easy, but certainly doable for a person of normal strength. (3-pound bottles are also available.) Heating/cooling of water appears adequate, although we have only limited experience with these functions. (We have well water and are using the dispenser for household drinking/cooking only.) Bottom-line: a well-designed and well-made product for lighter household use, and ideal for garage placement where outlet may not be accessible and lifting of heavy water bottles is not a problem for the user(s).

I listened to the instructions where you wait 4 hours of it being upright before plugging in. Once plugged in, there are switches on the back to turn on hot and cold water. The hot water worked fairly quickly and gets extremely hot. However, the cold water never worked. Even after 18 hours, it never got cold, just room temperature. The worst part though it the excessive leaking. I just placed a 5 gallon water container on it and by the next morning 3 gallons of water was all over my floor. So within a 24 hour span, the compressor for the cold water doesn't work and leaks enough water within that time frame to lose about 3 gallons of water onto your floor.

Two weeks after the 30-day return policy, I already started having problems. Making a very loud humming sound, and cold water is that cold.
