This was the first time trying this particular product. Many times I’ve been disappointed by drain cleaners. First of all, it has a great price. Very economical. Second of all, after opening the sealed container, it had NO bad smell or any smell whatsoever. It was also a clear thin watery gel. Thirdly, I followed the directions using only half the bottle, then waiting the appropriate time. I came back and proceeded to flush with hot water but the clog didn’t budge. I was starting to think this was just another drain cleaner. I proceeded to use the rest of the bottle and wait the appropriate time, and was happily surprised that the clog was gone, and that water flowed freely down the drain again! This was a “no muss, no fuss” fairly quick way to unclog my bathroom sink. I wasn’t in a “time crunch” or anything so it didn’t matter how long it took to do its job. The most important thing was that it works! And it did! I highly recommend this product for your clogged bathroom sinks!

I had a drain clog and after pulling the hair I could see in my daughter’s drain, it still was t draining enough. Enter this product. I poured half of one container in the drain and walked way per instructions. Here’s the thing: I have a septic so this had to be septic safe. It is so no stress there. The bottle was sturdy, no spillage during transit, easy to use- just follow instructions. Functionality was as described: my daughter has alot of hair and she gets that from me so clearing drains us a thing her at our house. One whole bottle did the trick I. Her drain. I did get boiling hot water and pour it down the drain to help it do its job after leaving it sitting in the drain for an hour. It suddenly unclogged and now I have no issues.My septic is safe and that’s what matters other than having clear drains. I did buy four since we have four shower drains in the house that have been showing signs if delayed draining. I’ve only done one drain but I look forward to doing the rest as I go through the house.I never knew Drano had a septic-safe version but I’m happy they do! Very useful product to keel in stick if you have alot of women with long hair at home! I’ve spared my wonderful husband from having to do the work and he’s happier did the consideration!Buy it!

It worked well but I did have to use entire bottle for it to fully work. I used it in my bathroom sink (lots of hair and tooth brushing happening here).

The bottle was leaking. The safety seal inside was broken and the product had leaked into the package that also included a baby product. I can't even use the baby product now due to how corrosive the drain clog liquid is. Such a flimsy safety seal for such a corrosive product poses a hazard! So disappointed with this purchase. I have initiated a return but on second thoughts I think I should just throw it away as I don't want to expose anyone handling the return to any potential hazard. Never buying again.

2 things convinced me to buy this particular drain cleaner to tackle a kitchen drain that was backing up and didn't clear by a simple short hair-remover snake: 1) I'm on a septic system 2) I try to avoid noxious fumes and toxic chemicals where possible. The bottle was a bit smaller than I anticipated though I'm not sure that I read the oz before I purchased. The instructions said to pour 1/2 bottle down the drain and wait an hour. I had 2 side-by-side sinks so I poured about1/3 of the bottle in each drain (used up 2/3 of the bottle for a single application). Waited the requisite hour and voila! Drain clear!

I purchased this version to unclog my tub in my guest tub/shower combo. I usually buy the regular Drano version for hair clog removal. I decided to try this one after reading their guarantee plus it is a little less expensive.I followed the instructions to a T. Poured half the bottle into the drain and let it sit well over the recommended 30 minutes. I flushed the drain with super hot water for 10-15 minutes and the tub unfortunately was still not free of the clog. It recommends that if it doesn’t work the first time then use the remaining product in the drain and follow instructions. I did this the second time and this time J allowed it to sit for several hours prior to rinsing it with hot water. Still didn’t work! I do not recommend this due to its inability to unclog a pretty common, simple hair clog in the drain. Even after using the entire bottle I had to buy a bottle of the original Drano for hair clogs to unclog the drain. Drano is a great product and I highly recommend it, but not this version!

What else is there to say except it worked? Used on a bathroom drain that was pretty clogged with hair and skincare products, and it worked well. The smell was still enough that we felt like we needed to crack a window, but it was less headache-inducing than most drain products. I would definitely buy this one again.

THIS STUFF WORKS ON CLOGGED KITCHEN DRAINS
