Just got the chair and it came earlier than the expected delivery date. I assembled pretty quickly, you assemble one and you know how to assemble others pretty quickly, same standard design with typical nylon armrests, metal base and extendable support, the tilt control is okay first time, you will need to push your body back to get it to move.The chair itself once constructed is fine, the lower half of the seat has adequate support for an average height and weight person, for someone heavier it isn't sufficient enough for extensive use. compared to my previous chair the upper backrest is far less pronounced, so i can actually put my full weight on the chair and relax a bit. The fake leather is quite soft which helps break the chair in a bit easier than one that has harder fake leather.The reason i give it 3 stars is a preliminary review. In a few months i will return to this review to update and see if the chair holds up over that distance.Edit: After a few months as promised, i am editing the review to state that the chair is now formed to my body shape, however the overall impression i gave months ago hasn't really changed, but it hasn't gotten any worse either. i can still feel the wooden based on both sides of the chair as when i did when i first got it. so as it is, i will keep it at 3 stars. it isn't most comfortable chair for a heavier person, but a lighter person maybe satisfied with the product.As usual you will have to take care not to put your weight on the nylon arm rests for too long or they can snap over the constant loads being put through the screw points especially.

Ordered on Prime, it came the following day as expected. Despite being a woman of advancing years, I am pretty good at putting things together, but I struggled with this on my own. Not because I didn't understand the instructions, but because they showed they were "easy" to do when in fact I needed the brute strength of my husband just to get the castors to click into place - it's amazing what a well-aimed kick can do (or 5 in this case!). Nor was it as easy to join the back to the seat as shown, as the bolts would not make proper contact with the holes they were supposed to be going in to. Hubby's strength was needed again.However, once it was assembled I am very pleased with it, it rolls easily on the castors, and supports my back much better than my old chair.

Firstly I'm most upset that I placed this order because it said that it was guaranteed for next day delivery i.e. Sunday 5th march, and it didn't turn up till Tuesday. It was urgently needed, I wish I had picked up the one on Saturday I saw in the shop instead. Then it comes to the chair, the instructions for putting together are wrong, it told me to put the base plate the wrong way round, and it's not the most comfortable of chairs either. But it does look great, hopefully I will get used to it. Also when it did finally arrive on Tuesday the delivery drivers were rude, blamed me for apparently having not gave my phone number when I ordered the product and when I said well it was meant to be a guaranteed Sunday delivery he just walked off laughed and said well that wasn't going to happen we don't work Sundays.

Excellent quality build, and very easy to assemble. So far nice and comfortable. As some have noted it is a little firm but I'm OK with that personally.It also has a very good height which is what I needed for the desk that I use.. so very happy with it so far.

Very good quality. Comfortable, well made, easy to assemble. Just what was needed. One (very minor) niggle - would be nice if the chair could be lowered just a tad more as it might not be suitable for smaller people, otherwise cannot fault it.

"Comfortable Cushion" Hmmmm .... NO ! Sorry very disappointing that the cushion is very thin and very soft and when i sit down after 10 mins i can feel the bottom of the chair (i weight 67kg btw). In other words overpriced ! make it 35

The back is not as high as I would have liked but still a nice comfortable chair.

Looks ok - easy to assemble and comfortable - lets see how long it lasts!
