Bought the RH paddle. On the Safariland holster that I installed it into it fit right into their standard (Safariland) 3 hole pattern. The approximate distance between the center points of the two top holes is 1-3/16”. When it’s installed on the holster it creates a clamp that’s strong and tight, not flimsy at all. It also created (by design) a slight forward cant once its screwed into the paddle and you wear it on your belt. I only paid $11.52. If your reading this then you’ll probably have some Safariland holsters that this will work with. So it’s a good investment to have around. It will give you the additional capability of being able to quickly put on (also adjust position) and take off your holster. The package I received from Amazon had 2 Black button head socket cap screws and 1 smaller black phillips head screw. It did NOT come with the small little upside down belt hook for the lower hole.

Particular holster this got mounted to was not secure even on a "very good" quality belt. Too much play in the holster/belt so the firearm would get locked into the holster and could not draw.This fixed the problem, and even better, provides a higher carry position so it does not slap on thigh or flap around as walking.Initial impressions are a very good product and allows an excellent modification to existing holster.

I bought this to rectify my mistake of purchasing a Safariland ALS concealment holster with their "micro-paddle," which failed to secure properly onto my belted waistline and allowed my holstered pistol to rock fore-and-aft an unsettling amount. This full-sized paddle worked perfectly as a bolt-on replacement for the micro-paddle on my Safariland 7371 for the M&P Shield. The holstered pistol now stays exactly where I position it.I already said this in my review of the holster, but I'll say it again here: If you're considering the Safariland 7371 (or any Safariland holster with the micro-paddle), get the 7378 instead. You'll save about some $$$ and it'll fit the way it's supposed to the first time.

Factory replacement part for Safariland holsters.Excellent addition to your duty holster.

It's a great and comfortable paddle but it didn't come with any of the washers. Just the screws.

It's a Safariland part for one of their products so it's made very well and fits just like it's supposed to. Some people don't like the slight forward cant it adds but it doesn't bother me. I'm a bigger guy and a lot of paddle holsters tend to dig in after a while uncomfortably, this one is wide enough that it doesn't do that.

Very comfortable and easy to wear. Wish there was more adjustability in angle and height, but a vast improvement over some other carrying methods.
