This clipboard is well made and has 3 different places to put things. 2 compartments for papers as well as the clip and board. Also a nice compartment for pens or pencils.Thickness was adequate while still remaining light weight and manageable. The color is as described and the value was worth the cost.

I’m a death investigator so I’m outside a lot and I’m constantly putting my board in and out of my bag. I love that I can put my papers under the clear top and it holds it in place and they won’t get wrinkled or wet from the weather. I love the storage for additional papers and pens and easy to clean! This clipboard is perfect for our needs. We use it for contractor work and also for coaching our son’s football team. It’s a pretty genius design. It’s not going to withstand a ton of abuse, but it’s also not flimsy. Treated like a good tool and it’s very useful.

I looked at one of the office stores for an aluminum clip board because I wanted one that would be durable in the field for bird surveys. But they wanted almost 50 USD for one. I saw the Sooez plastic clipboard, which seemed quite well designed with separating panels and a storage area for pencils. I like the clear panel so I can see the paper in that compartment, too. Fits perfectly in my backpack and is not too heavy to cart around for the surveys. The only thing I'm a bit concerned about is the plastic closures, as I am in and out of the compartments all the time during surveys. Hopefully those will hold up.
