The land and sea desperately need non-plastic alternatives to everyday items that were long ago not made of plastic. Plastic is choking soils, waters, wildlife and even people in a slow cycle to disease, strangulation and death. It is vital therefore to get these alternatives that can be repeat purchased if they work fine. I’m glad to have a set of the above and still need convincing that the bristles are biodegradable. May even make a repeat purchase,One toothbrush is still working after the first month. Now I’m changing it - it’s OK. Maybe they could also sell salted charcoal for polishing teeth as I used when young and without a toothbrush in Sri Lanka. We used charcoal in salt water to brush teeth. Love biodegradable alternatives like above that came in great cardboard packaging.

Update:Bristles come off during use! Thought it was just a dodgy one, so tried another in the box and it is the same problem.Really wanted to like these but they are difficult to clean post use which is disappointing and the bristles come off far too easily which makes for a very unpleasant brushing experience.

Nicely packaged, promptly delivered item which is exactly as described. It would make a good stocking filler for an environmentally conscious friend! The different colours allow you to tell them apart if being used by a family.

So pleased with these brushes. Wanted to reduce the amount of plastic used so read the reviews and decided on these. They arrive each in its own cardboard box (which I'm going to use to take them on holiday). They seem to be really nice quality. Four different coloured brushes ideal for a family. I prefer these to my electric brush as they are softer and I have sensitive teeth. Only had them a week or so so I can't comment on durability yet. Very pleased will buy again

I really wish I have something better to say about this product.Unfortunately, we had to stop using those after only few uses because the wood was like very delicate sandpaper and our mouth was bleeding.We thought this problem might be one off and have contacted the seller and no replies at all :((

Disappointed with these toothbrushes - firstly they arrived with lots of packaging, all cardboard and recyclable, but each toothbrush was individually packaged, then all packed together in a cardboard box, and then packaged again in the Amazon postage box - not so eco-friendly for an eco-friendly alternative.The toothbrushes themselves are also low quality - on my third day of using the toothbrush I was left with a mouth full of bristles. This also happened again (within the first couple of days of use) for two of the other brushes in the pack.

Bought this brushes before and they are fantastic! My other half changes the brushes monthly, she loves those and that's the only brushes we'll get from no on, as a bonus, they are biodegradable!

I didn’t realise the brushes were all soft which is most likely my own error however each brush was individually boxed, with all four boxes then boxed in another bigger box, essentially four boxes too many. Which in regards to what must be one of the basic ideas behind this product is a silly amount of packaging, even though it’s not plastic packaging it’s still a waste, also how much energy, ink, water etc is used in the extra packaging production? I do like the way each brush is a slightly different shape though....
