What A Life Saver!

Dud Batch?
The remote didn’t work. The supplier sent a replacement. This didn’t work also. The supplier then refunded the money. Rating for the remote should really be zero star.

Excellent Customer Service
Early days yet but so far so good, didn't even have to program it in, put the batteries in and away you go!! Bought two of these and only one arrived, when I emailed the company they could not have been more apologetic and helpful...absolutely exceptional customer service...superb!!Needless to say I received my second remote within a few days.
