every kitchen deserves one
Works as intended. No uneven grains, no chipping, is ready with just a few seconds of water. I would be even happier if the coarse side was even coarser but even as it is it still does the job. And honestly, look at the price.(If you have only ever used diamon steels or wheel/V sharpeners ... this is in another league)

I would recommend this
It’s works and my knives are very sharp now. I need to cook for my kid everyday and a sharp knife make the preparation so much easier. I wish I got this sharpener stone long time ago. It’s easy to use, the silicon base hold the stone firmly when in use. Cutting meat is so much easier now and even slicing the tomatoes.

Does the job well
I think it is useful to have knowledge on how to use sharpening stones .I have been shown professionaly how to do it properly to ensure the angles and pressures are right and my knives were much improved after using this stone . The rubber mount is only OK at preventing the stone from sliding

Using both sides of the stone I have sharpened many of the knives in the house now and all have a very nice edge on them
Decided to get some whetstones after watching some videos on youtube on how to sharpen your knives (have several utility knives and lots of kitchen knives that need it). Using both sides of the stone I have sharpened many of the knives in the house now and all have a very nice edge on them, not quite enough to shave with but close - I have added a leather strop into the mix and some honing paste and I can now reach that level of razor-sharpness I was looking for.Very pleased with the product, I suggest you watch a few youtube tutorials first as there is some skill involved to getting true sharpness.

Bearmoo sharpening stones
I purchased both 600/1000 and the 3000/8000 sharpening wet stones for my hand planes and chisels. I was more than pleased with edge you can achieve, sharp to the point you can shave the hairs of your arm! With relatively little effort. I normally use oil stones (cheap ones) but have never achieved the edge you get with these wet stones.

Didn't work as expected for me.
The product felt durable and easy to use with the instructions provided.Upon using the product I found that it actually reshaped and dulled my knife. The product came with a contact email address however it's been months since I contacted this and I've had no response.I put it down to my user error and that's why I contacted support, but to be honest I got a better sharpen out of a handheld sharpening kitchen tool.(Edit: Since writing this reveiw the seller has been in touch. They had offered me a refund or a replacement item from their 'store'. As I couldn't find a similar item, I had opted for a refund. This was very kind of them as I wasn't looking for a freebie or a refund at all).

Perfect for restoring damages blades.
This is my first sharpening stone.I bought it to restore some of my old knives that were wrecked over time by sharpening tools (the kind that is easy to use but makes dents in the blade).I relied on text and videos tutorials for the first use and it is much easier than I expected. It gets a little messy but does the job better than anything else.My blades were really damaged and impossible to sharpen with another tool and I managed to make 9 knives look as good as new in a little over an hour.
