Dr.Pen Ultima M8S Microneedling Pen Derma Skin Auto Pen 0.25mm Microneedle Pen Kit for Face & Body & Beard, with 9 Cartridges and Storage Case

I see many videos posting verticalMovement even at speed 1 but I don’t see any vertical movement even till speed 6 and this simply pulsates and vibrates. It feels like I am dragging something sharp on my skin. I am not sure if I got a defective product. I wish I can give 0 stars for this.

Received this product pretty quickly from the seller. I have used it a few times already and the hardest part is learning how to adjust the depth of the treatment. After a few treatments it is really easy to use to do your own treatment at home without having to set up an appointment. Also the cost of the microneedling pen and an additional set of needles is what one treatment would cost at a salon.

Microneedling treatments are expensive for one treatment, but the need for consistent retreatment makes it downright cost prohibitive despite the phenomenal results. As a result, I have invested the cost of 1-2 treatments to buy my own microneedling pen. Dr. Pen is the pinnacle brand of at home microneedling pens and some dermatology and estheticians even use them. The refills are widely available and there are even decent off brand refills that work just as well. When you are picking an at home micro needling pen, you want one that sells cartridge refills.I am using my pen for the face and hair regrowth. The results are staggering, but you have to keep with it for 6-8 months for noticeable change. Dedication is key. Also, your results are very much going to depend on what products you are putting on your face after treatment. Remember those tiny holes you are making in your face are ripe to receive and absorb products.The Dr. Pen A9-W Professional Microneedling Pen is on the mid-range of Dr. Pen's lineup. It is easy to use, but if you are a newbie (and even if you are not), please read all of the directions. And once you have read all the directions, watch the videos on Dr. Pen's website and YouTube. These videos are going to be your best friend as you get to know your pen and which heads to use for what. The lower the number the thicker the needle for example. You need a "slip" or something that you put on your skin to help the needle glide smoothly over your skin to avoid scratching. You really should not go beyond a .5 for depth as anything more is considered medical needling, etc. Also, you should only use a cartridge once. As I mentioned before you need a pen that sells refills. These are all things you will learn by good research.The pen itself is great. It is wireless or if you forget to charge it, you can use it plugged into the wall. The depth and speed are adjusted through dials. There is no LCD display on this model, the LCD displays seem to be on the higher end Dr. Pen models, but the lack of an LCD display is not a critical feature that you will need to get great results.

I haven’t even tried it yet but after unpacking I see there is a guide that just tells you how to charge and what’s included. Nothing, not a thing telling you what each kind of needle is for what, how often to use, when to use products (before or after) NOTHING at all in this box. So be ready to do your own research on how to actually use this item and hope you do it right. So disappointed and afraid to use it right now

1 of the main reasons I upgraded to this pen is because the cartridges have a scalloped edge which makes it glide so much smoother across your skin, I don't get that suction that can happen with the un-scalloped edge cartridges. Each cartridge comes with a cap, which for sanitary reasons, I love. The pen has a big, bright LED light that shows the number for the speed, my old one just gave you a different color for each speed, which is not helpful. It also comes with a case so I can store my pen. I am so happy with my purchase

I have got to say that Dr. Pen never, ever has disappointed me with his micro-needling pen/ units, and it’s the same for this A9-W professional model that I was fortunate enough to get to review. The price tag is VERY fair on this unit, and I love the bonus storage case for it 👍. This particular bundle comes with 6 cartridges, for numerous treatments. Do NOT, I urge of you, use the same cartridge for more than one treatment. It can be tempting, but never do it! Bacteria is lurking no matter what you do, as this DOES actually go into the epidermis on a deep enough level for infection from reuse to be possible. SOO not worth it!!Using a quality derma-pen like this one can save you THOUSANDS of dollars in the long run! I see a Manhattan dermatologist, so trust me- I KNOW this soo well! These treatments can help reduce pore size, help with wrinkles & finer lines, maybe even help prevent them, possibly. I definitely, I wish I had this back in my younger days to protect my skin for the here & now, but as they say.. better late than never. It can also help improve skin texture, acne scars & uneven skin tone.This is a quality, well-priced, mid-ranged/ budget unit, that still possesses the quality in parts of slightly higher-end models. IMPORTANT: The key is to go easy to start, and watch some You Tube videos, as anybody can learn to micro-needle at home, but you should be educated a bit before starting, to avoid any difficulties or complications.Definitely, a sweet buy & a worthy investment for the youth and beauty of your skin, from this moment forward 👍! The media could not be loaded.  It is easy to use and I love the fact that it is wireless so you can use it anywhere. Really love this pen, comes with all the tips to try for different areas of the face and body. Easy to use I just started micro needling hopefully will see results in a few months. I love the light weight Dr. Pen. It has great power, 6 speeds and the depth extends to 2.5 if you want the needle a little bit higher for more penetration.
