Good product unfortunately sometimes doesn’t close but then again could b an issue with despatch. Again Amazon Customer Service is great refunded without any hassle plus free return.

Disappointing! Bought this bathroom bin, and it developed rust within a month. Not worth the price. Attached pictures for proof.

Side of the bin is metal and good quality. Pretty robust, not overly thin or thick, good paint finish. Foot pedal is plastic, attached to the plastic base. I've found such material generally only lasts about two years, then the plastic becomes brittle and breaks. The lid is plastic, it would have been better if it was metal like the sides. It could do without the white bit on the lid it makes it look cheap. The soft close mechanism is very good, the lid is near silent - I suppose if the lid was metal it would make a noise.Overall pleased with this, price is OK.
