Not greasy. Little goes a long way
Great product if you are in the pool a lot. Helps to cut down on the stinging skin that I get because I am in a pool almost every day. The lotion is not greasy and a little goes a LONG way so the tub lasts several months. The last order that I placed the company sent me two little sample items that I thought was a really nice touch.

Bromine itch relief
I like to use the hot tub in the mornings, but the incredible distracting itching of my sensitive skin was causing me to rethink using the hot tub at all. I would get little bumps on my calves, stomach, and inner under arm. I've used this after showering with some Tea Tree oil and Lavender body wash. It seems ok. I don't want to use it prior to getting into the hot tub because I fear it will begin to clog the jets. So far so good, only minimal itching on my chest.

Helps my 5yr old avoid allergic reaction to chlorine pools!
My little kids love swimming, but my son has severe itching reactions to chlorine pools. I hated that his summer fun was being ruined by a terrible experience of horrible burning and itching once we got out of the water, and I even made him miss out of swims bc I knew what the chemical was doing to his skin. I finally found this stuff and IT WORKS!!! I put this on him just as if it were sunscreen and he hasn't had ANY issues. If we plan to swim for a long time, I do reapply. Anyway, if you or your kids have sensitive skin and chlorine causes you problems, give this a try!!

Second jar works extremely poorly
In an average week, I am in the pool at least four times, for 60+ minutes each time. This is my second jar of the stuff. The first, with a navy blue lid and jar, worked like a charm. My skin was well moisturized after my swim, and it felt like I have not been in the pool at all. Based on the experience with the first jar, I would highly recommend the stuff. Yet, the experience with the second jar -- day two of the second jar -- is totally opposite. The skin felt dry afterward; though not as dry if I had not applied the cream. There are a couple of visible differences with this second jar. The jar is not navy blue; rather it is clear/transparent plastic and the lid is white. The second visible different is that rinsing my body after having applied the cream (before entering the pool) appeared to rinse the cream off. The reason that I could tell was that suds ran down the drain. This did not happen with the first jar of the cream. Is this a quality control issue? Perhaps, having this far returned and replaced will bring a better experience?

This worked for me
I'm so glad this product exists. After a 9 year break from swimming laps regularly, I joined a gym and started swimming again in April this year. I love swimming, but my body, especially my lower legs and upper arms, was so itchy. I don't know if my skin is more sensitive (highly likely) or if the chlorine strength is stronger now than in the past, but it definitely was unpleasant trying to balance my love of swimming with the frustrating itch.I ordered this, somewhat skeptical it would help, and put it on my legs and arms. It has a pleasant scent, feels nice going on, and stopped the itch.I now use it on my arms, legs, face (which gets irritated from chlorine) and neck (which starts to peel after swimming). It helps me with all those things. My skin has gotten more sensitive as I get older, so it might not be necessary for all swimmers, but definitely helped me.I picked this one because I needed to try something and it was the cheapest. It worked, and I'll be ordering another tub soon, once I finish this one up.I highly recommend if your skin is sensitive to chlorine pools.Update: A year later - I just ordered my third tub, I am still using and still loving this stuff. I no longer worry about whether my legs will be super itchy for days following a swim. I still use it on my legs, arms, face, and neck. Reading this review a year later, I don't even think now about how irritated my face used to get after swims, and I'm still very happy this product exists (and still loving my swims).

Works great!
It definitely is a must have if you find yourself itching after being in the pool or in any body of water. I keep it with me!

I would not purchase this item again.
I bought this lotion because it states it helps Protect Skin From Chlorine and Salt Water. I was in the pool four days a week and developed itching from the Chlorine. When I started using this cream, not only did the itching get worse, I developed a rash everywhere. I have never given a one start rating but felt I had to with this product. I bought it to help with a skin reaction to chlorine and instead of helping, this lotion made it much, much worse.
