Perfect for my needs. This mat is walkable with shoes and so far is holding up well with three dogs that frequent the area. Lays flat after a day, prior to laying flat has just a little curve on ends.I was originally concerned that this mat did not have a beveled edge and that vacuuming would rip apart the edges. This is not a problem, the mat is not thick enough to require a beveled edge for a vacuum to run over it.Easy clean up.

The packaging and mat itself really impressed me. This mat is very nice and came in a nice bag if I need to store it. The packaging kept it in perfect shape so it had no marks when it was rolled out. Highly recommend. Perfect for a Tonal machine.

This mat doesn't slide on carpet. It is great quality. No chemical odors. I'm very pleased with it.

Bought this in 8' x 7' for home workouts. It has cushion, I don't slide around on the workout surface like on cheap mats and it stays on place on the floor. I do everything from Calisthetics, yoga, weights, resistance bands etc its been great so far. I've been using it for three weeks ( at least 3 times a week) so far I like it.

It’s fine, but definitely a bit thinner than I expected, I guess I should have paid more attention to the measurement. I kind of assumed it was the same as some of the other mats I have. If you are looking for horse stall mat, this ain’t it.
