Elite Sanremo bicycle rack

Really good professional quality roof bar mounts for bicycle. You take the front wheel off your bike and the front forks clamp into the quick release, rear wheel is then strapped into cradle. Bike is held solid. A few words of warning though....measure your bike from the tip of its forks to the centre bottom of the back wheel and then make sure your roof bars can be spaced apart enough to cover this measurement, if not your back wheel will not fit into the the rear carrier properly. My roof bars are at their max travel and the bike just fits...phew.Lovely item though, and for a clamp it even looks good.....well it is Italian!(P.S. The roof bars in the picture do not come with the item, its just the front and rear clamps.....just in case you were wondering!)

Great value. Very easy to fit. Much more basic than the equivalent Thule but much cheaper.

Bought as cost-effective solution for transporting carbon-frame bike, sadly did not take into account the roof bars on my car (BMW 320) are too close together to allow this type of holder to work properly with an adult road bike, there's only 3 or 4 inches of leeway to allow adjustment and I needed about 12. Cannot fault the seller - fast dispatch and instant hassle-free refund. Just measure your roof bars first and make sure they are wide enough apart to match the wheelbase of your cycle.
