My husband and I are avid hikers and after many years, many trails, and many awesome views, we thought our hikes would be so much more enjoyable if we had a place to pitch a couple of chairs and just relax and reap the rewards of our efforts before heading back to the car. This summer, I decided I was going to look for some portable chairs to carry along on our hikes, and after looking at several others, I decided on these. I will just say these were a wonderful investment! Not only are these good for hiking, they’re good for just about anything outdoors. You can bring them with you to the beach, on a hike, to the park, wherever. They are super lightweight and you can easily fit these inside a backpack and still have room for drinks. They are also pretty simple to set up and collapse as well, and do not take a lot of time to do so. At first, I was a bit skeptical about how durable these would be, but these have held up nicely so far with no issues at all. Being a little on the taller side, I was also worried these would be too close to the ground for me, but they’re actually not that bad! I’d definitely recommend these if you’re looking for some lightweight chairs that are still strong and durable enough to hold a grown adult’s weight. These chairs have allowed us to take it slower and be more in the moment when we’re on our hikes, and that is a priceless thing!

Got these a few weeks ago as an alternative to the cheaper, much larger and heavier camping chairs that are sold everywhere.Love them so far, mostly. They pack extremely small and are extremely light! Fairly simple to set up and break down once you've done it a few times. Even the wife can do it, so there's that.So far the rather skinny aluminum stakes hold my 200lbs well. I hope they continue to do so, and the plastic connectors won't break anytime soon. I know there are some MUCH pricier premium options out there with better warranties and possibly better materials, but the cost difference is, uhm, breath-taking.So, why only 4 stars? First of all, they don't work well unless the ground is fairly even. Otherwise, either you feel like you fall forward, or it starts to twist if one of the skinny legs rests on a bump. They are fairly close together so you have to be a bit careful when lowering yourself into them. Which is recommended anyway so the sticks don't give out.Second, and that's just something for us larger types, when leaning down my shoulders get a bit squeezed. I wish it was about an inch wider apart on the top. And, being 6'2, the head rest is a few inches too low for me, so I can't really rest my head completely.Still, considering the size/weight, and how well your back is supported (compared to regular camping chairs) they are a keeper and hopefully last for a while.

This chair comes in an amazingly small package. When you open it up it is a very nice size chair. There are no arm rests so you either sit with your arms in your lap or behind your head. Unlike a lot of other chairs of this style this one has a longer back which is more comfortable because you can lay your head back as well. The chair does seem a bit wobbly the first time you ever sit in it but it is very stable. It's lightweight compact and takes up less space than traditional camping chairs.

Best purchase of the year! I just got it a few months ago and already got so much use out of it. I even washed them in the washing machine and came out perfect. Very sturdy, comfortable, lightweight and easy to set up and take down. It can be a little uncomfortable for people with broad/big shoulders/back but nothing mayor. They’re also very lightweight so wind can blow them away when not sitting. I just put my bag on top and problem solved. It also has special knobs on it’s legs to help with that, which anchors the chair in the sand. For me and my husband is a total win.

Plus: Very compact and lightweight. Fairly comfortable, given the small size.Minus: Very hard to fold up and fit back into case, especially at night. Like wrestling an anaconda. I have two others which are much easier to fold.Returned them.

These are great chairs! Light, easy to set up and comfy. I will say I am 5’7 160lbs. For my size these are perfect.

Do Not Buy... Im so pissed these chairs are flimsy & super sketchy.. Im a 130lbs and did not feel comfortable moving around to adjust the way i was sitting. Definitely wouldnt feel comfortable letting a heavier person sitting in them they will easily break or collapse. They look cool but are not nearly as sturdy as it says. I bought this cause of good reviews pics etc but its trash. Save your $ the $10 camp fold out chairs from walmart are way more superior quality then these... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY..

I wouldn't call this chair PERFECT, but it's not bad! I like the high back support so I can lounge, the ease of set up (it basically assembles itself), the light weight and travel ability, and the height of the seat (I'm 5'5 and don't feel the need for a stool). I don't like that there aren't arm rests/cup holder, that it doesn't sit you upright and you're either sitting up with no back support or slightly reclined when setting against the back, and it feels bouncy/like a rocking chair and I'm worried I may bow the legs with my 190lbs. Overall I'm happy enough to not return it. I think it'll be useful and comfortable to take camping, but there probably are slightly better versions out there.

They are super comfortable and easy to pack. Love them

I also own a Helinox but wanted something for guests that I wouldn’t be paranoid people would take when we do stay in campgrounds. Fantastic version at a lower price point. Don’t see any defects and like the addition of a pocket! Chair slightly leans back so it’s comfy for reading, chilling, campfire and stargazing.

Bestanden!Aufbau klappt schneller als erwartet (hatte befürchtet, dasses kompliziert wird).Zum Essen sitzt man sehr gut.Zum ausruhen dank integriertem Kopfkissen super.Auch die betrunkenen Kameraden, die ihren Körper nicht mehr so unter Kontrolle hatten, konnten den Stuhl nicht klein kriegen.Sitzkomfort auch nach Stunden optimal.Für mich ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Gute Qualität mit starken Material. Würde ich wieder kaufen!
