Smells like grapes, tastes like prune juice. Unknown benefits.
When I saw that this helps increase focus and concentration, I decided to try it as my work has been slacking. They recommend to take 10ml per day on an empty stomach. It smells like and is the color of grapes. It tastes like prune juice but better. I have tried it for a few days and do feel more focused and sharp. But it could also be a placebo effect. I can't really know until I've used this for at least a week.Overall, I'd recommend this of you need extra focus for work etc. But as of this review it's currently $46 and for that price I can't recommend this, unless you're rich.

Increased focus and concentration? I’m IN!
Why turn to pharmaceuticals first? I would like to give this Aurora ultra-liposomal cognitive support formulation a try. This has a form of magnesium which claims to supports a healthy cognitive function, memory, and healthy brain aging. It lists uridine, which admittedly I have never heard of (but I am not a scientist). The claim is that this will help with healthy brain function and aging. It also has red grape juice extract which has the same claims of benefits. It also tastes strongly of red grape. It has a POW!of sweet/tart grapey taste when taken undiluted or unmixed with a juice. If you do decide to take this with a juice, choose something that goes with sweet/tart grape!!There is a medicine cup on the top with marked levels, so as you read the instructions it will be easy for you to dose properly.Any reports I might give you about how it works will be HIGHLY subjective, but I’m really hoping this will work as advertised, but I am grateful for a chance to give something like this a try!UPDATE after two weeks of use:I like this and feel that it is working well for me! Again I must remind you that my reports are entirely subjective and COULD be related to my mood, or to the approaching spring weather and sunlight (it has been a VERY long winter!)—But I FEEL sharper, quicker, and a bit more intellectually “gathered” or organized, if that makes sense. I have NO IDEA but I do FEEL a good result after taking this regularly.

I like
I like the taste of this. It tasted like sweet grape juice. I needed these vitamins to add to my diet since I need to start taking something for cognitive and brain support. Have taken it for about 2 weeks so not sure if I need to take it longer for its full effects. It's a little on the expensive side so not sure if I'll keep buying this. I will if I start noticing the benefits of this.

Taste good, works??
Not sure of this works. I waited to review until I used the whole bottle. I didn’t notice much. It tastes good but it’s kinda pricey. Maybe I should have taken a IQ test before and after! Lol. From the specs it should be working, I do feel a little less brain fog and it’s easier to recall a bit. Hey it tastes good either way !

Great taste. Needs to be refrigerated
This form of magnesium is supposed to be beneficial for memory, it is the only form of magnesium that can cross the blood/brain barrier. I have read the studies and it does take about 2 weeks of consistent use for the benefits to be noticed and at their peak. If you stop taking it, the benefits will cease as well. This is watery, if you were expecting something thicker like milk of magnesia, it is sweet, purple, and grape flavored with a good taste. This has a cap that doubles as a measuring cup and it does need to be refrigerated after opening. The directions state this is best to take on an empty stomach and once a day, 2 tsps. This will last 1 month if taken as directed. My mother, who has Alzheimer's, has recently started taking L-threonate (another brand) and it has made a difference for her that we have noticed. She also has started taking ashwaghanda gummies in the late afternoon before her sundowning, if that matters, (that helps her too) I feel I am just walking in her footsteps so I will update this in about 2 weeks with anything I notice about this for myself with respect to memory. Magnesium L-threonate also helps if your hair is thinning and with male pattern baldness as it inhibits DHT.The only concern I have with this the monthly cost being $50, but there are not many liquid options available that I have seen, but I think this could be more affordable. I will update the results, but for now I am giving 4 stars for taste and convenience. I personally have never taken this form of magnesium so I have no basis for comparison. I am hopeful.

The flavor gets my neurons firing!
This supplement has a flavor that I like, but WOW, does it hit the palate! It tastes like an extra tart, extra sweet, extra tart grape juice concentrate. The dosing cup is included, and although mine arrived with a cracked cup, it works well. I have been taking this supplement daily for several weeks and have noticed no real effect, other than the flavor zapping me to a heightened state of alertness, but am confident that it isn't hurting anything either. If one can easily afford a bottle per month of this for a natural cognitive support supplement, and feel that they might benefit, then it is certainly worth a try. Much better to try natural options first, IMO.$49.99 (as of the time of this review) is a lot of juice for 30 doses of... juice. Is the juice worth the squeeze?

Tastes good
According to examine.com, "Uridine is a nucleotide base found in high levels in beer which is used for increasing synthesis of cellular membranes and for other neurological properties. It appears to have potentially cognitive enhancing properties, and is synergistic with fish oil."This supplement comes in a bottle with a little measuring cup(very handy). You gently shake it then drink 10ml of it on an empty stomach. It tastes just like grape juice. I've been taking this daily for a little over two weeks and I have noticed some mild improvement in focus and memory, but nothing life changing. I think this is meant to be more helpful for seniors with age related cognitive decline though and I'm not that old yet.For $50/month this is not effective enough for me that I would buy it.
