Great customer service from Amazon. The first one didn’t hold a charge but for maybe 3 uses. The replacement is better. Stays charged longer. Nice heat feature. Hope it will improve my wrinkles & sags. Easy to use.

The booklet says it comes with a charging cable, it does not have one!

I thought it might be ok - I'm an esthetician - but after using it a few times on myself (I got it just for me, for at home use), I didn't really feel it was going to do anything for me, so I returned it... I kind of regretted returning it, though, bc I would've liked to give it a longer try, than just 3 weeks (til the return date).... but it' was too much money to take the chance, and now it's no longer available for me to re-buy. But overall, I'd say maybe give it a fair try- use it at least 3x a week, like it says .. If you don't have the time to dedicate at least 20min 3x a week, don't bother.

Bought it for my daughter who is getting married next year, we can already see some subtle improvements in her skin. She is definitely pleased with the result thus far.

The device is amazing however it went dead completely and I can’t get the item to charge any longer. I really loved the product but now I have no hope for using it any longer because it doesn’t work.

Pros:2 ways to charge device (USB port on bottom of the device, or plug into the base unit, which has the USB port in it.Has a built in timer.Current charge level of the unit is shown (only while plugged in).It does feel very smooth as I move it in the tiny circles across my face.Cons:Doesn’t come with a wall adapter.Instruction manual and the Amazon product listing do not mention what size wall adapter is needed, so I used a 5 volt that I already had from something else.Doesn’t sit securely on the base (it wobbles back and forth. I am concerned the USB-C plug will eventually break off).The instruction manual states to make sure the skin is washed and clean, and to apply moisturizer after use. However, the Amazon product website says to apply moisturizer, and then use the product.The Amazon product listing mentions that there are two ways to charge the unit, the instruction manual only lists one way.The product listing does not specify how long you need to use this before seeing results. The instruction booklet doesn’t say anything about how long it will take either.Additional Info:I personally felt more comfortable holding it up at the top, but then I kept pushing the power button on accident. Even though it does have a timer on the display while using it, you have to pull it away from your face to look at it. I wish it would beep every five minutes, that way I would know to switch to a different section without having to stop and look at it. After using the product for about 15 minutes, I put the device back in the base unit. It looked like it was halfway charged. I noticed probably 10 to 15 minutes later that my face was tingly. The tingling sensation probably lasted 10 to 15 minutes.Instruction book does mention for the first month of use, use it approximately three times a week. It doesn’t say how often to use it after the first month of use.I am deducting one star, because the instruction manual does fully coincide with the Amazon product listing.If I do end up seeing great results after six months of use, I will then come back and update my review and increase the stars.

I really like this product! I had no idea what to expect since I’ve never used something like this before, but I am happy to have found this. It comes with instructions that are very easy to follow. Just charge it with the USB cord that comes with it (I plug mine into my laptop.) Then push the power button and touch it to you face, moving in small circles. The red light comes on when it is touching your skin and turns off when you remove it from your skin. It has a timer to help you know how long you have been using it. It feels warm and smooth and it feels so soothing. I’m sure it will take time to see results, but I am loving using it. My husband has been trying it too.

香りの良さとベタベタしない使用感。北海道在住で1月に使い始めたのですが、保湿は肝要なのでしばらく使い続けてみます。

保湿を感じるくらい良い

乳液を1年ぶりに使いました、それまではビタミン系の化粧水のみの使用でしたが、最後に乳液をつかうと、やはり翌日の肌のツヤ、触り心地が違います。男に必要な身だしなみのレベルが高くなっている世の中ですので、1本持っておいて損は無いと思います。

60才手前です、この年まで全くケア等したことが無かったですが、年々肌の乾燥が酷くなり、試しに購入し使用しました。非常に良く保湿してる実感がよくわかり、香りも大変いい。とても良い買い物でした

さっぱりしていて香りもいい感じです。ちょっと出しにくいかな。
