Good value for money product.
Good value for money product. Arrived next day, I have used this as a replacement for my failed CCTV camera power supply.It has now been connected continually for a month. A good value for money product.

Need a twist
Right! It' working, but....have to cut and swap the cables. On PT-H500 charging port the "+" is on the outer side and on the charger plug is the opposite (look at the pictures). If you do that , or you Label printer is with "+ and -" like the charger, no problem at all.3 starts only , because there was no info /pic showing "+ and -"....definitely not "compatible " straight out of the box
