Great supplement for muscle growth
I recently started going to the gym after a long break but after a couple of months I was hitting a plateau when further improvement in strength and muscle gain were barely noticeable. A friend suggested I try a pre workout with creatine but I don't really like taking powders in drinks, found this instead and it really works ! I did five days of creatine loading and now just take a couple of pills as a pre workout and two days later in the day, or just four in the evenings on rest days. Noticing a difference already, a brilliant product.

Good quality creatine
I love taking these as opposed to using powder, I’ve tried quite a few creatine powders and they all taste a bit like sawdust even the ones that dissolve well still leave some grit behind in the mouth. I find these a good balance of price and convenience, perfect for me

Seems pretty good.
Already loaded on creating with a different t product was looking only for creamax products as they seem to be far more effective, so far so good, lifting heavier but have been more discipled with diet etc, seem to be maintaining strength.
