The crate arrived promptly and well packaged. It was easy to pop up and assemble. I’m impressed with how strong the crate is and sturdy, it doesn’t rock or have any movement once assembled. I ordered the XL size which is big enough for a full sized Labrador.

Would have preferred a plastic base tray and the door latches are sometimes a little difficult, otherwise the quality is quite good for the money.

Leave both doors open and leave treats inside to build pups confidence for going in and out if you want to prevent constant crying. Well worth the money for small to medium sized dog/pup.

This cage is a bit larger than our previous cage and it gives our dog a bit more room to spread out. No issues with it at all and the dog likes being in it.

Crate is well made but the bigger door has latch issues that others have already described. Top latch works easily, but bottom latch feels as if it isn’t aligned properly so is difficult to close. Probably due to mass manufacturing. I’ll take a pair of pliers to it later and see if I can make the bottom latch close easier.

I purchased this cage for my 31kg Border Collie X for his left total hip replacement.I’m glad that this cage is flat-packed, making it easier to transport to different locations and allows it to fit in my car.My main issue with this cage is that the door on one side is a terrible design and they are incredibly difficult to open and close. If you wanted to use this for the main door I would recommend buying a different crate. The backs of the hooks get caught on the vertical metal bars when turning the bar upwards (which you have to do to unlock it) making it almost impossible to unlock. However, I have identified no issues with the main door.If this is your pets first crate I recommend getting them a soft bed and blanket over the top to make it more cosy for them. (In this image we have “the dogs bed” which is an orthopaedic mattress which has squeezed into this crate).Overall, the crate is adequate. If I had to buy another crate at some stage I may try a different brand.

It’s easy to fix up but can be a bit wobbly
