I’ve had my v7 for three years and honestly had no indication that the battery was dying. It was working perfectly fine in my opinion until one day I tried turning it on after a full night of charging and it would shut off after 30 seconds. I did some googling and learned that it was the battery, and my sister told me that I could get off-brand batteries from Amazon for cheaper. Came across this one which thankfully delivered quickly as I was going nuts being unable to vacuum my house for a couple of days (the husky hair was really starting to build up). YouTube’d how to replace the battery and was admittedly doubtful that a random battery would power a $350 Dyson, but it ran stronger than ever! During replacement I noticed that this battery actually has a higher mAh capacity than the original Dyson, and was able to vacuum my entire house that afternoon without the juice running out. My favorite thing about this battery is that I bought it not really reading the product details because I was desperate for one to arrive quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it also came with a replacement filter, “top”, screws, etc. which I promptly put in since I had already taken the Dyson apart trying to figure out what was wrong with it. It now feels completely new for only a fraction of what it would’ve cost to buy another one!

Great battery! Fits perfect on vacuum and wall mount, using a couple of months now much stronger vacuum battery more powerful than original one from Dyson, and a third of the price. Would definitely recommend this battery!!!

Great fit and works perfectly.

For the 42 days it worked was very good same as an original battery. The suction power and the time we’re all excellent. Unfortunately just after 42 of very light used died. Now last only about 5 seconds. Extremely disappointed because outside the window of return and no warranty.

This was easy to install and greatly increased the charged run tim for my dyson. It is now good as new at a fraction of the cost of having it fixed or ordering a new one!

This battery mostly fits my Dyson D7 Motorhead. It doesn't come of the charging dock as easily. Feels like there is a catching as I take it off. There is also a delay from pushing the button to start and stop the vacuum. Overall decent value for the price versus others.

I loved the New battery. My Dyson was almost dead but now, with this new battery, its performance is like a brand new one.

This is my second battery for my Dyson stick vacuum. Plan on changing your Dyson battery after using it for a year, or less.
