Westcott 12-Inch 300 mm Plastic Ruler - Clear

I wanted a short ruler, to keep in a small desk tidy near where I use a laptop, in the living room. There's a standard-sized ruler in a drawer not far off - this was needed for very swift use for when I'm feeling too impatient (or too lazy) to fetch the longer one, and need to measure something tiny, eg when ordering a small component online. A twelve-inch ruler would have been too obtrusive as the`desk tidy' (a slimline wooden remote-control organiser) is on a small occasional table, which is right out in the room-space. I looked at folding rulers too, but they all seemed to be in centimetres along both edges. As I wanted both centimetres AND inches, this item ticked all the boxes. Also, being clear, it's hardly noticeable among the other small items in the organiser ... note-pad, calculator and pens and pencils.

Probably the thinnest plastic ruler I have ever used, but it does the job. Bold black numerics make it easy to read. I wonder how long it will last before it breaks?

Regarding it being 2 pounds you get what you pay. Broke within the first month but a day after we got another one which is good so far.

I mean, as far as plastic rulers go, this is a fantastic plastic ruler - and for the price! I have recommended this fantastic plastic ruler to all of my family and friends, and then realized I could just give them as a gift for everyone's birthdays throughout the year! Ever since then it's been a main discussion point with all my family and friends. And that isn't even taking into account that this bendy boy can be used as an instrument as well! Highly recommend.

It's measures.

At my desk an 8"/20 cm ruler meets most of my needs and is the perfect size to keep in the cup that also holds scissors, letter opener, etc. It's a little bit flexible, not too thin, and the markings don't fade even when I wipe it with alcohol after drawing a line with a felt-tip marker. The pack of 3 is a good price, and U.S. delivery from Amazon Global Store U.K. was 18 days.

Mesure comme ce qu’on attend d’une règle haha. Conforme à mes attentes, livraison ok, solidité ok pour une règle en plastique, évitez de la tordre dans tous les sens, sinon elle va casser 🤡

Non c'è molto da dire su un righello trasparente in plastica oltre allovvio 😂 comunque è comodo, il fatto che sia trasparente chiaramente può far comodo, è molto sottile quindi si può tenere tranquillamente nel quaderno/agenda ecc. Non è molto rigido ma per me è ideale perché posso adattarlo meglio alla pagina dell'agenda.
