This watch was boxed and sent even though it was obviously faulty. Is there no quality control in Sekonda? I will get a refund but only after 2 hours of hassle to return it.

This is a nice quality watch. For the money, it's got a good weight to it. It's well packaged which is great as it's a gift. The finish is nice and it looks good quality. The real test will be if the plating still looks nice in years to come...
