It is vanilla, what else is there to say
The product is just as advertised. But not Vanilla Essence. But it is used professionally by cooks and chefs everywhere, so guess I can't complain.

Great sweet real vanilla flavour.
This is a bargain by a good brand and gives a great vanilla flavour to milkshakes and cakes . I used a capful in most sweet dishes to bring out a real vanilla flavour and it doesn't taste synthetic.
