Very poor quality

Low sound quality and bad user design. Do not recommend.
After several years with my other Belkins (Freedom True wireless) I thought I'd give these a go. Totally regretting the decision.There's no volume control on the earbuds, nor the ability to skip back and forward, so I'm constantly having to get my phone out of my pocket. Standard volume is incredibly low – I have to have my phone on maximum volume for normal listening. The noise cancelling feature is a loud and distracting roaring sound in the background.The only reason i haven't bought another pair of the Freedom earbuds is because these weren't cheap, so I feel I need to get some use out of them! Very disappointed.

Not even gets what I paid for!!!
Stopped working after a very short spell of time hardly used. Spent hours trying to figure what went wrong before giving upWhat a shame as I trusted Belkin products

Do not download app!
Included in my package was a little card telling me to download a companion app for the earphones. I did this and the app said it would update the firmware for the earphones. Once it did this it rendered the earphones inoperable.The Belkin tech support said I should have not used the app, contrary to the leaflet included in my box.Returned and got some Jbl wave flex, which seem much better anyway
