Not really worth it, especially for $35
When it comes to SBCs and similar items it can be hard to recommend products outside the bigger names like Raspberry Pi because of what you give up in terms or support, community, functionality, and documentation with better established units. And at $35 it's really hard to recommend the Sipeed RV Dock Pro when a few more dollars will get you something better. But at say $7 or so this is a good budget/disposable project board, and a bit of searching will hopefully help you find this board closer to that price.

If you are a DIY'er, this board's for you
This board is a throwback to the old days, when you have to do everything yourself. It comes as a completely blank board, and it's up to you to burn in the (Linux) operating system of your choice, or write your own. It is fully equiped with HDMI, wifi, Bluetooth, and various other interfaces. I'm taking a star off because the board has almost no documentation with it, but thee is a fair amount of information available on the Internet to help you on your way. This board is *not* for beginners, and even experienced developers need to be comfortable burning in their own software and feeling their way around incomplete or contradictory information. But it's really a high to bring the board up and see that first prompt on the screen. Recommended if you're a dinosaur like me and enjoy hacking (in the old world sense) new hardware.
