Great product at a great price
Purchase this to suspend a wire between two buildings. Really well made, thoughtfully packaged and includes the everything you need including a small spanner to tighten the clamp. A pleasure to use because it’s so good !

Nice quality. Is great for rambling roses, but random, unused bits and no instructions
Primarily bought to support rambling roses. I'd say you can get ~5 wires installed fully with this. I have no idea why carabiners are in the pack. Or why there are SO many wire crimping bits. There are more of the (dunno the technical names here, sorry) round "eye" wire guides than seem necessary as well. There are absolutely no instructions but plenty of YouTube guides on using this style so that and a bit of common sense goes a long way. I'm sure the spare bits will come in useful for something one day

A quality product which is relatively easy to install, but written instructions with the kit would have been ideal, the video on the site not being explicit

Bit fiddly but does the job
Bit fiddly to put up but did the job and holds my daughters lights alright.

Fantastic for plants to grow up
Bought to put in two frames for my climbing plants to grow up. Works perfectly and lets the plants do the talking and not trellis.

Kit - not enough required parts & too many parts not needed. Video does not show how to use all kit.
The kit does the job, after a fashion. However:1. The video does not show you how to use all the parts.2. There are not equal numbers of parts used in the video. So why would you send 20 saddles when you only send 5 turnbuckles and 4 rope clips. Why not send equal numbers of all requirements otherwise I just chuck the saddles (not sustainable) but have to buy more rope clips (and other surplus kit as you don't sell them singly).3. While there is a list of what is sent it is not matched to an illustration. I don't know what a carabiner hook without any illustration.Some of the above I'm sure aren't an issue with an experienced DIY-er, but I have not done this before, and you could make it easier. I'm sure I'm not the only first timer doing this.

Easy to set up and sturdy, needs more instructions
Attached to two already fixed points, was fairly easy to attach to. Tightening and securely attaching proved a little difficult, as the instructions need more detail on effectively securing and tightening the cable. Used it to attach string lights to, have held them in place securely and discreetly ever since.
