Review 121 Spring/Summer 2016 At a first flick through this book i was impressed with the amount of photos showing step by step instructions. Very clear and accompanied by good instructions as well. It is definitely what I would call a technique heavy book. They include freeform wiring, using a jig, using a coil maker, macrame, making a chain etc... At the back of the book there is a template directory for jig and freeform wire patterns. This is a nice addition, though again I'm not sure if some of the patterns, for example why anyone would wnat to make a wire envelope shape, but I guess its just because you can! Would be a great book for anyone who wanted to start a journey into wirework jewellery. I think its the best book technique wise that I have seen, don't let the slightly weird projects put you off! * Bead Society of Great Britain Journal * About the Author Wing Mun Devenney is a jewellery designer, teacher, product developer and business expert.
