The washers were excellent and did the job.

The washers did their job but I had to double them up. They lacked the correct thickness for my particular job.

I seem to be only the second person in internet history whose door handle started continuously falling off. After a week I plucked up the courage to open it up and find that it used to be held on by a plastic clip that nobody makes, nobody sells and has never existed.There is a comment on here that you can use these if you cut them and slip them in place. Unfortunately this is not true. These are marginally too big for that purpose. They are big enough to heat in hot water and slip in place withoug cutting but they don't stay on and if you do cut them there is no hope.If you are unlucky enough to be the third person in history whose door handle starts coming off in their hand, I suggest you buy "Door Handle Spring Replacement Circlips" and the correct tool for using those. That's what sorted mine up a treat.I have given an average mark because I wasn't using these for their intended purpose, also they turned up and they exist in time and space unlike the thing that I used to only imagine held my door handle on.

Was hoping they would be more pliable being nylon so not sure they will work for my door handles?

I had to use 2 washers for each handle. Soaked them in boiling water and then was able to prise them over the lip. No need to buy new handles.
