The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this mount. It’s makes watching TV in the living room so much better with our kinking our necks. Install was easy and works perfectly even though I overloaded by adding a sound bar to the lift weight.

The media could not be loaded. I've been searching for a motorized drop down mount and comparing prices for a while now. I decided to purchase this one cause of the price. The other's all look pretty much look the same but cost alot more. I was more than pleased with the materials it was made of. Very sturdy and well made. I posted a video of it working flawlessly. I'm glad too cause my fireplace mantel is older and is deeper than most at 12 inches deep. The TV I mounted is a LG C2 77". I was surprised that the mount has alot of options for getting the brackets right for the C2. The TV itself has an odd vesa mount so it's kind of hard to mount perfectly. My only gripe with the mount is that the holes I wanted to use that would of been absolutely perfect are blocked on the bottom hole. I had to use the mounting hole 1 up from the one I wanted to use. It's still wasn't enough to take a star away from my review. Overall extremely happy with the purchase amd would definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, this mount is pretty solid. We have a LG B4 77" mounted on top of our fireplace so it pretty high up, which is why we wanted a motorized mount. This does the trick but the only feedback we have is that sometimes, it does "beep" and gets stuck when it is moved to the bottom. When I researched this, it seems to possible be a weight issue but the weird thing is this doesn't always happen. It only happens sometimes. Once I give it a "boost" when it goes up, then it works fully. Overall, a great product but not perfect.

A little worried about this purchase initially. Anything overcomplicated tends to break quickly. Materials are sturdy, mounting was easy, and install was a breeze with the templates. I also like that there is no handle like the manual versions that hang below the TV. This gives it a much cleaner look. Cove TV mounts are a bit tricky to ensure that the mount doesn't hit the wall, but instructions did provide some estimations on these.

I really loved this TV mount, UNTIL THE REMOTE GOT LOST. Buyers need to know, that without the remote that this product is USELESS and that Monoprice DOES NOT OFFER A REPLACEMENT. This item is too expensive to be completely unusable as a retractable mount and the company should offer a replacement. I don't mind paying for a replacement. It's not the company's fault that the remote got lost (I have four kids--it was bound to happen). However, the company's CHOICE not to offer a replacement for purchase shows a huge lack of product support. Chatting with a company representative about the issue basically came with the response of "Too bad you lost the remote...we're not going to help you."I'll not be making another purchase from this company.

We have vaulted ceilings and where the TV would go is where we also have the dresser so needed a pull-down TV mount of some sort but honestly I did not want to be doing it manually so decided to give this motorized mount a try and is Amazing. I had the tv on top of my dresser for a while but wanted above the dresser but then would be to high to watch. This motorized mount was the solution.Comes with a remote. It is a bit slow coming down and up but I figured is for the safety of the tv. I bought a separate soundboard mount and was able to put with TV brackets. I love the motorized mount. Looks modern and honestly somehow the sound-bar now sounds better. The fact it comes down and the tv is like floating is super nice. I’m in love with it.
