I love the book's organization and clarity. I have just begun my daily chair exercise adventure so i have a way to go, but the warm-up routines are already paying dividends. I plan to give copies of this book to friends and family this year. You definitely do not have to be a Senior to benefit from these exercises.

Well organized and easy to use.
I am 73n years old and quite active. I was looking for a simple list of exercies to do from home without extra equipment needed - just a chair. I am really able to a lot of these with out a chair. But to have everything well organized with simple pictures and explanations means that I am more apt to do them on a daily basis. The fact that they take only 10 minutes a day is all the better. My sister, who is 80 years old also bought this book on my recommendation. It always helps to have a buddy!!

Exercise for seniors
Been using for about 2 weeks. Exercises explained well with pictures so they are easy to follow. Hopefully will start seeing some results soon.

For Seniors WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS!
The introduction text is a good size, and the exercises look great for my septuagenarian parents, but the text describing the exercises is tiny, even my 50-year-old eyes (with glasses) had difficulty.

Perfect Resource for Helpful, Clear Information!
My mother is in her late seventies and has many health issues. I bought this with the intention of reading the Kindle version myself, then buying her the paperback after I’ve confirmed the validity of the proposed exercises.After finishing the book I’m excited to buy this as a gift for my mother! The 7-Step Routine is easy to follow and daily routine. This book makes it easy for her to maintain muscle mass by using the powerful tools provided in this book. I can even use some of these exercises sitting at my desk each day!I sincerely recommend this book, as it is a clear read with easy-to-follow instructions. Exercise is important at all ages!

Great - Perfect For Me
Just what I was looking for. Gives me a daily routine of exercises to follow that I can do. Perfect for me a late 80's senior. Other books detail a whole series of exercises, but don't give a routine that can be followed.

Both my husband and I use this book on a daily basis. Simple to follow, but producing great results. Please remember that the results take time to appear, but are worth working for !!!

Not bad but let down by...
The content is good and well written however, the book is let down by a couple of elements.The illustrations are too small. The books targeting seniors and I think the author should assume they our eyesight is not what is was.The bonus audio is simply awful! It sounds like an army drill sergeant shouting at you, what on earth was the author thinking?So overall, OK book, nothing to hate, but I suspect there are better on this topic available.

It is simple to use.
I am a disabled elderly person. I got the book in hopes of becoming more able to move about.I have just done the first set of warm-up exercises and Monday exercises and I can tell right away that they will help me to pursue my goal.I also got the link to the free tracking sheet by email and it was easy to download and print.

Getting Fit Enjoyably.
I have just completed my first week using Brians’s simple yet effective exercises. I already feel the difference After only 7 days I have established a routine. I put Kylie’s greatest hits on and go for it. I used Glinka overtures though this morning. I can unreservedly recommend this well written easy to follow guide. I shall review again in 6 months time. By then I am sure I will be feeing a new man.Paul (going on 71).Thank you, Brian for your contribution. 😁.
